Eight Days of Hope

Eight Days of Hope will be in South Carolina serving the counties of Georgetown and Williamsburg in October, as hundreds of families are still in need of help as they wait to rebuild following the flooding last year! This area has experienced devastating damage as the Black River caused flooding that is being categorized as a thousand year flood. Over 25 inches of rain fell in a short period of time causing $22 Billion dollars of damage! Please consider praying, volunteering or donating to this cause as we will be serving from October 8th through the 15th. We will work with the local community to help rebuild homes and as importantly bring hope to so many who are feeling hopeless as these homes are in dire need of repair.

South Carolina Anniversary Mold Remediation

From October 3 – October 13, 2016 Hearts & Hands Disaster Recovery will be hosting a mold remediation Blitz in the Midlands and Orangeburg areas of South Carolina during the one year anniversary of the historic flood in 2015.  With so many homes still in desperate need of mold remediation this is an opportunity to help the many families recover from this devastating disaster.  If you would like to volunteer with our team  please email jula.benson@hhdr.ngo or if you would like to donate to help us with this great project please go to our donation page by clicking here
